I am trying to always start a websocket connection for the users to be able to communicate. I am using a shared host. On localhost, I start it using command line. I have gone through some similar questions online but have not found a conclusive answer. I understand that I need to use cron jobs (I don't know how to use it though I can see it in the cPanel). Any answer or link to a conclusive explanation on exactly what I need to do will be appreciated
